ABOUT ME

Katie is a journalist who writes about a wide range of topics, specializing in women’s issues, inequity, diaspora, and international politics. Katie has experience with fact-checking, editing, and photojournalism. Her work has been published in organizations such as The New Republic, VICE, the NY Daily News, and more. She holds an M.A. in International Reporting from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism. Katie sits on the communications board at the City College of New York and volunteers her time toward helping NYC high schools develop journalism programs.
